Three Things I’m Loving Right Now


Howdy friends! I hope you all had a great weekend! On Sunday I decided that it was finally time (after a year of inactivity) to dust off my running shoes and get myself back into a fitness routine at the gym. I’ve missed feeling strong and healthy for way too long. It’s time!

This morning I finished my first day back at it (I could hardly walk up my stairs to write this post-ouch), and I know I have a long way to go…but I’m looking forward to the results. Anyhow, my Three Things picks for today are inspired by my renewed healthier lifestyle goals. A little bit of inspiration to keep me moving on those days when I’m feeling stuck or just plain lazy. xo Ez

1. This just might be the perfect one-piece bathing suit! Love!

3. Nike Training Club is still my favorite fitness app of all time. I never tire of it and can do nothing but sing its praises! Check it out!

    I love the Nike Training app too! I stopped using it late fall. But started back up in January. Love the new design & new workouts. Actually worked out with it today :)

    I love that gold lettered print, but I love my NIke App too. Such a great fitness tool, it’s like having your own personal trainer.

    The Nike Training App has changed my body. I’ve been using it since May and I still can’t get over it. I just discovered that you can set your goal (lean/tone/strong) and your fitness level and have it create a 4-week fitness plan for you in addition to all of the individual workouts. Just started my first plan, but it’s keeping me motivated for sure. I haven’t looked so toned since I quit swimming in high school. SO. Awesome.

    I love the nike training app as we’ll but found some YouTube workout channels that are great. They feature real time, full length videos. Never have to pay to use a trainer again. Here’s a few I like: fitnessBlender, bodyrocktv (charliejames1975 YouTube name) & popsugar fitness. Give them a go.

    OMG! I love the Nike Training App. I was using it for 2 weeks. The week of my birthday I decided to take a break but I’m starting up next week. I couldn’t walk up the stairs too. But I had lost 0.5lbs in 3 days while doing these exercises and doing Weight Watchers. It’s definitely effective!
