Howdy friends! I hope you all had a great weekend! On Sunday I decided that it was finally time (after a year of inactivity) to dust off my running shoes and get myself back into a fitness routine at the gym. I’ve missed feeling strong and healthy for way too long. It’s time!
This morning I finished my first day back at it (I could hardly walk up my stairs to write this post-ouch), and I know I have a long way to go…but I’m looking forward to the results. Anyhow, my Three Things picks for today are inspired by my renewed healthier lifestyle goals.
