    This is so, so true. We need to embrace our truths and vulnerabilities, instead of trying to push all of our emotions away. Pushing them away and hiding them is only going to make them worse.

    I could not agree with these words more and I love that you shared them with us. Fear is something that is always present with the unknown and it is choosing to do it anyways that shapes and teaches us so much. What a great way to start my Monday reading this. thanks so much!

    So true! If you didn't feel fear, courageousness would not exist. Courage is defined by fear, but acting against it… despite it.
