Tell Me…

Good morning sweets! I thought I’d start the day by sharing a quick photo I took over the weekend, along with one of my favorite quotes of all time. Isn’t it beautiful (the quote)! Also, I thought I’d mention that I’m beginning a month-long online photography class through Nicole’s Classes today (I’m super excited), so you just might see a lot of my photo experiments popping up as I’m learning over the next few weeks (eep). I have so much to learn…wish me luck. Have a gorgeous day everyone. xo Ez

Wow, not only was it a beautiful quote – and one I am contemplating myself, as well as one my students were also asked to contemplate (Should our work make us happy? was a question I set as part of their final exam). I would like to think that it is a timeless question, and that if we look deep within ourselves, we will see yet undeveloped potential that we can work on.
I think our lives are defined by the amount of our creative output (whether having children, homemaking, writing a book, making memorable meals)… so our task lies in understanding where our heart lies, so that the creation happens naturally. I hope it is all right that I share my thoughts here, as I said, I have been thinking about this.
For what it's worth, I truly believe that you will find success in your photos; the photo you posted here is already beautiful. Do you have plans to sell this print?

I took Nicole's online photo class too! I feel like I didn't take advantage of the opportunity as much as I should have but it was still a good class. And I still have the book for when I need to go back and re-learn things. Have fun and can't wait to see your pics!

I wanted to book in for that class but it was sold out way in advance so I'm booked in for next month. What a shame we won't be classmates!
