Over the weekend I came across an artist on instagram whose work made my jaw drop. Enter the imaginative world of Red Hong Yi! She creates her playful art pieces using unconventional materials, such as food, flowers, chopsticks, and more. Amazing, right?!

I don’t know about you, but this past week was a looong one and I am so very happy that it’s Friday at last! My daughter is out of school on her Spring break, so we’ll be having a bit of fun out and about, and then I’m actually looking forward to getting caught up on some much neglected housework.
